Darius? A Trainer?! I know, right! Running, working out (consistently), and eating healthy were never a top priority for me. Post-college I saw myself get the heaviest that I have ever been before. I then had a choice: Will I let this weight take control of me or will I take control of my weight/health. In 2017, this all started as a "fitness journey". Today fitness has become a lifestyle !
